Lisa Photografia!

The other day, Lisa came over to do some photography =) she did my makeup and brought some clothes to put on... or not. She also brought pasties. Those were the first thing I put on hehehehehe. The main point was to capture the jewelry! Lol but it didn't always happen. I don't know why, but whenever I see pictures of myself now with my straight bangs and big hangies, I see myself as Mexica. lol.... too much Mesoamerican art for meee!

The day was fun and great, Phuong came over just a bit after. We had some really good shots and some very silly fat ones lol. She edited them, her family liked her photography, and now wants her to do their photos lol.

Then Lisa had to go someplace so Phuong and I went out for tofu. All in all, a very good day, except for what was going on between me and the boif but that's solved now. Or well, I am still in the process of fixing it. At least things are better now, once again. hehe.

goodbye piercing

Took out my eyebrow piercing last night. I know I had to do it a while ago but I couldn't let it go. I really believed it would heal. Last night, though, it finally struck me that I couldn't salvage it; still had a BAF package with a ti barbell on its way, but it didn't matter anymore.

I was really upset this morning when I got my package in the mail and compared the Neometal ti cuBB vs an economical one. The curve was slight in the Neometal one, and very pronounced in the eco one. I think that would've made a big difference, if when I had switched it out for a shorter barbell, I opted for the brand name. Too bad being strapped for cash led me to make a poor, poor decision.


Let it heal, let it be repierced come summer.

The Holidays

It's been great; the sun is out (now), the lights are up (the neighbors'), everyone's busy and bustling (putting up the tree today, on the Eve).


I spent almost a whole day with Jake yesterday, from morning to night.=) It started out rocky and unhappy, but as always, we work it out. We get over our problem and everything is great. So for lunch we went to get fish and chip's at H. Salt's! It was delicious. It makes me hunger for the cole slaw at that one place Anne Lee took me to in SD though. That shit was the bomb. TIN FISH! Tin Fish Gaslamp, there you go! MMMM

We tried to eat light and split a meal so that we might have room for a buffet later at night!

We hopped in the car and he said, "Honey can you open the glove compartment for me?"
So I popped it open and POOF there was a little green box with a red bow. Awwww! Except that it wasn't green, stupid yellow lighting, it was blue, ...  Tiffany Blue! I was so excited and jumping around and we were both rushing and excited and we got there and, he forgot his wallet. OFF HOME WE GO! WEEE! got your wallet? BACK TO THE RESTAU WE GO! WEEE!

He took us to Hokkaido, a chinese(?) buffet. Biggest buffet I've ever been to. The tables of food were snaking around! I loved it. The food was amazing, the cutie sitting across me was amazing, the little box I opened was amazing, and the gift he got me is amazing. I'm wearing it everyday. EV. RIE. DAE.

The Grove, LA.

Jake took me there yesterday and it looked lovely. We arrived pretty early, so we caught the 5:00PM showing of Ninja Assassin. I could tell from the trailers that it was a bloody movie, but the blood and gore and dismemberment of limbs blew me away... and backed me up into my seat. and into Jake's arm. Which I was holding onto for dear life HAHA.

Afterwards we took a little walk and had some fresh air. It wasn't all that cold, even though it was snowing! =) Snowing little puffs of foam, lol.

It was pretty crowded so we decided to go TGIF back in LB. Yummy yum yum! P:

We didn't have much time left over afterwards but just enough to enjoy ourselves before I had to go home. Such a good day, hon =) Thank you  for a wonderful date =)

Today is Thanksgiving. What are you thankful for?
Family, friends, special person of mine, school, opportunities to be professional, learning new skills, a new work environment I actually like, ...

Speaking of which, I went out and blew a ton of money at Walgreens again. I think I spent like $100 there in the past week. IT'S CRAZY! It's like, I fucking work there for a day for free! At least at Big5 I was never interested enough in spending on anything... But make-up? Yummy smelling lotion? Candies? Junk-I-don't-need-but-it's-cheap? ARGH WALGREENS!! <3
